About our Centre of the International Legal Protection

   The Public Organization “The Centre of the International Legal Protection of the Citizens of Ukraine, Foreigners and Persons Without Citizenship” cooperates with bodies of state authority, bodies of local self-management, associations of the citizens of Ukraine, and also with the international organizations, establishments, organizations and bodies of the foreign states.

The list of services given by the members of public organization “The Centre of the International Legal Protection of the Citizens of Ukraine, Foreigners and Persons Without Citizenship”

1. Legal maintenance of authorized activity of the collective members of public organization, including their external economic contracts;

2. Representation of interests of the members of organization in courts of Ukraine (general, economic, administrative, in courts by first, and others);

3. Granting legal advices under the civil, economic, criminal, tax, labour right, right of the intellectual property;

4. Service in sphere of registration of the documents:

   • Registration of the foreign passports for the citizens of Ukraine (temporary and constant departure for limits of Ukraine);

   • Registration of kinds on constant and temporary residing for the foreigners;

   • Registration of citizenship;

   • Prolongation of terms of stay in territory of Ukraine of the foreigners of near and distant foreign countries;

5. Service in the field of the intellectual property:

   • Development, registration of marks for the goods and services;

   • Registration of the copyright;

   • Registration of the rights on the inventions useful models, industrial samples;

   • The contracts in sphere of the intellectual property (including license);

   • Disputes in sphere of the intellectual property;

   • Realization of patent information searches;

6. Registration of the legal persons and physical persons - businessmen:

   • Preparation of the constituent documents;

   • State registration, registration and statement on the account in state bodies;

   • Reception of seales.

   The Public Organization defines by the basic purpose protection and realization by the members of public organization of the lawful rights and freedom, general social, scientific, creative interests, and also:

• Assistance to cooperation of the citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and persons without citizenship with the Programs of Public Organization, which are directed on protection both realization of the rights and freedom of the people in all spheres of public development, in questions of freedom of a word, free expression of the sights and belief;

• Adjustment of constant communications, exchange of experience and various forms of co-operation with other Ukrainian and local associations of the citizens of Ukraine, including international and foreign public organizations in the field of researches of public development, decision of problems of protection of the rights and freedom of the citizens;

• Participation during acceptance of the decisions by state bodies and access to justice on questions, which concern protection of the rights and freedom of the citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and persons without citizenship in all spheres of life, free expression of the sights and belief;

   All-round assistance to protection constitutional, in particular of social, scientific, financial, personal rights and interests of the physical persons, associations of the citizens of Ukraine and foreigners by representation of these rights and interests in bodies of state authority, local self-management of Ukraine, public organizations of Ukraine, granting of the information, organizational, legal and methodical help.
